1. No Return & Refund Conditions

We do not accept returns or issue refunds if the item is in perfect condition (e.g., no damage, correct size and product as per the order). If the item meets the buyer’s selection and is not damaged or incorrect, there will be no return option. Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.

2. Conditions for Resend & Partial Refund

  • If the product you received is damaged, defective, or the wrong item/size was sent, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the product and packaging for verification.
  • We will resend the item in case of verified claims of incorrect or damaged products. In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if the issue cannot be resolved through a resend.
